Except for the management, which refuses to pay adequately, give raises or hire new people, when the workload increases and new large projects come, everything at Barracuda, like the co-workers, offices, problems and technologies is just great.

There is a lot of effort going into lip-service. Self-care courses, hiring motivational speakers a.s.o. Instead invest the money in tangible improvements, like less workload and higher wages. Studies do show that some leisure in day-to-day business and higher income makes more productivity per hour.
