The work culture needs an immediate fix. There is no real appreciation for the hard work. But always insulting comments if there is a lapse or expectations are met. It has become nearly impossible to satisfy the leadership. Sense of disconnect is high. Good colleagues and tech is holding me back.

There is a greater disparity in compensation. Both within the organization as well as in comparison with the industry. Barracuda doesn't pay well, dont have bonus component, no other perks, not even shares are distributed regularly. No transparency on stock programs.

Off late , work culture has become very toxic. People are developing sense of disillusionment. There is complete dissappointment about salary especially when new hires are paid way more and existing people are not retained.Looks like deliberately we are letting people go resulting in knowledge drain

The compensation package given to new entrants are much more than current employees and this is creating disillusionment among existing employees and will lead to more attrition. Need to fix this. Also Career growth in India office is big a disappointment.Leadership, Pls take a serious look at this

1. Stop being tactical. Quarter on quarter strategies should be replaced with long term vision. 2. Happy employee always result in successful company. 3. Empathetic leadership should not be a statement on paper. 4. Instead of insulting employees, win their confidence. They will do wonders.

Inspite of taking care of more work, my compensation is atleast 40% less than the person who does half the work in other organisations. This may look untrue, but in India, this is a reality. Market is raising and we our effective compensation is going down. A serious market adjustment is needed.

The ACR is at the whims of the leadership. Real performance is not counted. No bonus component and stock options are as good as nothing & they doesn't give sense of ownership. Even salaries for existing employees are way off from market and new hires are paid more. disparity in pay is discouraging
