They call our department the 'bread and butter' of the company but we are treated as if we are lucky to be here. Other roles don't do half the work we do

management need to release control. I feel another position should be created, Workplace Strategist. Allowing the teams to have someone to voice their concerns and they will be able to come up with ways to have the changes implemented after discussing with upper management

The executive team is never satisfied. The department will meet the goals requested but get nothing of value in return. Instead, they continue to become more strict with an "as a matter of fact" attitude. Very ungrateful and unappreciative for the hard work and long hours being done.
