The interview process was relatively short. He hired me on the spot. I filled out the application from home on my own time, and the interview was only 15 minutes. Easiest application process I have ever experienced.

The management is very hands on. They are on the front lines supporting and assisting the waitstaff. That makes it easy for me to give them my best. They're not working above me, they're actively working with me. They definately have my support.

It's definately the team work. When I first started I thought it was the hardest job I had ever had because I was still used to flying solo. Once I learned to work within the team, it's the easiest and best paying job I have ever had. Love it!
