My son started a couple months ago and is making almost as much as I am, after the time I've been there. Bit that's not the problem. Not being scheduled a day off in almost 8 weeks is the problem

Training should be a constant 3 Day training and not one day a week and one day the next week when it comes to anything and also our general manager could take more sufficient effort to help us instead of locking herself in the office with the lights off
