We all work collaboratively, and hold 1 informal session a week to just talk about whatever as long as it isn't work related, this makes the connection more personable. Our manager listens to us and fights for us

Reward valued employees, actually answer questions, not give generic skirting the issue answers, talk to all levels and get the true story of what is going on in their company, not just listen to their inner circle of "YES" men

Cost of living increases as well as merit increases, no caps on them, more bonuses, not just once a year, better benefits, they are currently a joke! given stock options, recognition! We are working more hours with less people. We are not valued!
