The management team appears to be interested in more than just the metrics. The executive team seems to be making arbitrary decisions without consulting all involved parties, but I suppose that is what every executive team does.

The company continues to increase the metrics required for me to receive my entire compensation a much higher amount than they are increasing my compensation, which in turn lowers my actual compensation. required increase in productivity - 15%, increased compensation 3.5%.
