Love the culture change towards openness transparency and humility. GE shouldn't take short cuts. In the past lot of short cuts were made, but we are changing that. External leaders from outside GE are a valuable addition. They bring a different style and GE team needs to learn from them.

Culture - I love Larry Culp's culture change. We should be willing to put issues in front. That culture was not there. I see changes in the right direction. People are showing more humility. Expertise and wilingness to help.
