I have been promoted to a different department now. However I feel that management is always involved and invested in their employees and have an open door policy which makes it easy to come to them for anything.

We are a family within our office. I enjoy interacting with them and have developed some relationships with some outside of work. I can count on my coworkers in and out of work and that is rare to find. Especially with how times are now.

I was told I wouldn't get a raise for me position because it was work from home. However I feel my year working there already would prove the type of work ethic I have which would of been a proof for at least increasing my pay a few cents to complete up to the next whole dollar.
