
They are understanding that people go through illnesses and family losses, and don't hold it against us. They are supportive and flexible to our needs from what I can tell so far.

Everyone knows each other's names and are friendly. We get to have fun together through company activities. I genuinely think everyone leads with empathy. This is extremely important to me considering most of us spend about a 3rd of our hours in a day at work.

Most days I manage myself. This is great for me, because I know repetition builds speed and confidence within my workflow. I am able to stay up to date on my communications and tasks, which gives me a sense of satisfaction, that I'm doing my job well.

Etiquette needs improvement such as communication & procedures. Outlook & Teams are great ways to be considerate of others' workflow. I feel both empowered that within my first month I was teaching others instead of their dept. managers. We're a team, but it can be frustrating sometimes.

I'm most looking forward to the bonus/raise. I feel like I've made strides in my role & helping others when working violations and craft emails. I've also gone the extra mile to improve working relationships with municipalities by requesting & providing feedback as well as providing more information
