We share experiences with each other to help make a decision with a difficult issue. Everyone is kind and has a genuine interest in me and checks on me with things going on in my personal life too.

The team I work with and when I get to work on projects that challenge me and have me work at the top of my experience level. I like to solve problems and issues and feel rewarded when I can do that for someone.
