There is too much infrastructural overhead. Compliance and management processes need to be streamlined and less disruptive. The product plan needs to be coherent and measurable. The sales teams are incentivized to conflict with the rest of the company.

Most high level meetings are a collection of individual agendas clashing rather than groups of people working on a common goal. If everyone knew the plan we could align with one another better. We're great collaborators who are wasting time working on disparate (often conflicting) things.

My compensation increasing and having an appropriate career track. Too many people who seem focused on dogmatic compliance, ticking boxes, and "the way we do things," but who cannot explain the value behind it. Too much power with them and not enough on those trying to add value and ease to products

Medallia has no business plan. Whether or not leadership thinks it does, there are too many people on the ground who couldn't articulate it. Trying to win the market? Get acquired? Pinch pennies to become a billion dollar company? Figure it out and be clear so we can align and deal with disruptors.
