The leaders in my pod are always there to assist and bounce ideas off of. When it comes to needing information about another teams' processes, they are open to my asking questions and often do the same themselves

I feel undervalued because we are constantly changing and having to pivot quickly. Every time we rush to roll something out that gets halted, I end up having to "own" the in between processes. My team also has fairly low visibility despite being a keystone in many processes.
