We have meetings before each day to go over anything that is needed of us or corrected. The TL's care and instruct in the right way without offending. They are part of the team; they don't leave you they lead you.

I was explaining this to others on the team during our meeting, Being at Paycom is a Positive environment by all employees in which I have come in contact with, everyone is happy & smiling, one doesn't always get to see this. I love it here due to the positivity. This is a dream Career come true!!!

Seeing others happy and a such a positive atmosphere, I am not used to seeing such positivity in a workplace and this is absolutely the best career I have ever had in my life, Paycom has not missed a thing, they supply the needs of every employee and more!! I am very honored to be at Paycom.
