Generally it has been a mostly positive experience thus far, although it is VERY fast paced and a pretty heavy workload compared to other positions I have held. As with any job, there are pros and cons.

I like that it is a smaller company and everyone seems to know each other. Easy to get ahold of people, most people are willing to help.

I think that people need to be mindful of others schedules, one thing I have noticed is that a lot of meetings tend to go over time by more than half an hour, which does not seem normal to me...
