My experience has been wonderful. It's been challenging and exciting. Yes, there are days that are hard and stressful but it makes for learning experiences. I've been able to advance in my short time here and am looking forward to what comes next

I love the unlimited time off- which I definitely underutilize- but it's nice to know we're not constrained to specific times. And that Phenom cares about work/life balance. Also, the new paternity leave model is so exciting and makes me personally feel better about taking that next step in my life
