Strong CEO, willing to make tough decisions in a challenging trading period. Regular videos to communicate focus and strategy. Other members of leadership team are less visible which is a missed opportunity

workload too high. nobody seems to understand acceptable level of projects that can be managed at one time. Lack of recognition for going extra mile. extra tasks/projects just casually dropped on you without proper context/requirements.

Development of employees to be prioritised. Less mansplaining. Team members to be more respectful of each others work. Better culture around meetings - currently there are too many, agendas/meeting objectives not shared in advance or even at meeting. people not prepared. outcomes not clearly shared
