To many new peolple, big loss of know how. In Germany in the old structure there were many good standards, which now all seem to have been forgotten. The management sometimes behaves arrogantly and arrogant, often makes bad and also wrong decisions because they do not recognise the problem.

Appreciate employees more. Recognise know-how and experience and not just do everything "new". Listen more and also recognise best practices from the time before Covid or listen to suggestions for improvement from the (experienced) staff instead of trying to do everything the same way.
