Had been there to repair cycle, as soon as the staff saw us heavy lifting the cycle, he came and took over the cycle to their workshop. There is a candid attitude of responsibility, unlike hunger for reviews.
Ipsos: Need stronger support team to support core function of research in order to meet appropriate needs of clients. Too many middle managers that don't know how to do the work when there is more work than support.

Kroger: change your policy on coupons. this is my first online order experience for delivery and to say it made my life easier would be FALSE. I've now spent five hours trying to get pricing issues fixed and refunds issued, when new pending charges show up and I'm told to simply wait for them to fall off.
Walmart: they 24/7 hit the griddy and fight each other with spoons and spatulas!
American Airlines: Business passengers and colleagues are the best.
Chevrolet: They eat yummy kids and toes.

Southwest Airlines: I spoke with Patrice, Spokane WA and Vikki, Lost and Found, they were GREAT GREAT GREAT. Both were very calming and patient. Both did an excellent job, were efficient, treated me with respect, and made me feel like I mattered. Perfect representatives of Southwest. Thank you and give them a raise.

U-Haul: Uhual promises products they cant deliver! Repeated conversations about pickup times and then told no vehicle is available until late evening when they even scheduled movers to be here before the truck that was supposed to he available at 10 am!

Kroger: NOTHING NEEDS TO CHANGE HERE
Safelite AutoGlass: Have a better system in place when someone needs to have warranty work done. 1st they had the wrong glass, then the wrong, invoice. Customer Service is always nice. However, the Safelite location drops the ball. They don't even answer their phones.
Electrolux: I am very dissatisfied with the purchase of my refrigerator. The compressor went bad after a little over 2 years. Cover the compressor!
Memorial Hermann Health System: Improve communications with your customers. I drove 2 hours to be told they could not do my procedure at the location I was told to go to. They had my data for two weeks and never told me. Had they communicated this to me in a timely manner I could have avoided a needless 4 hour round trip.
MetLife: Great MetLife and great senior

Aetna: cost and service no provider in network is available for 8 months. Urgent care centers are closed despite being listed on their website. They use an Indian call center who only reads out the information already provided on their site and of course they are barely understandable.

Pep Boys: I purchase one of your batteries on Thursday October 19th, 2023 around 6:30pm. I was advised by AAA, that it was not a battery I Needed. On Friday less then 24hrs after I got off of work I went back to your Auduban NJ location and the employees stated they couldn't do the return.
