Bloomin' Brands: I've worked for Outback for 16+years. After Blooming Brands switched from OSSI the whole company went to garbage. No longer caring about employee advancement, proper training regiments and even worse cutting quality of ingredients for money. Which the latter has definitely impacted sales.

Meijer: Most customers are great and that's the only reason I stay. I love giving them a good experience! Management is absolutely abysmal. They talk down to employees and give preferential treatment to favorites. The pay is horrible and is not enough to meet basic cost of living needs.

HP Inc.: Worst client setvices ever everything are set for you finish to avoid and they win by default. 6 hours on the line more than 20 people talked and nothing of begining to get help. Always ossue to coudn't help me even if it was just fixed (supposed to) by the 3%employee before.

Dollar General: Their easy accessibility, courtesy, and friendly staff, their size, I hate those huge megastores, I have a disability and it's harder to navigate the larger stores, Dollar General is like a small town store, where everyone knows you AND they go out of their way to help you. Bigger is not better.
Infosys: HR is always very rude. Being a US citizen and having experience of more than 10 years there is no salary hike. they don't pay the half of contract money they get from the client
Ulta Beauty: i had an awesome experience with most of the staff, they quickly became some of my best friends. however my manager picked on me often and made working there an unenjoyable experience

Walmart: My store manager lies for the leads. A co worker and I have called corporate several times to report a lead and it gets swept under the rug. Also my co worker has even been written up for making the report... what happened to the no retaliation policy walmart?!

The Home Depot: I was motivated by the 500$ sign on bonus no one had mentioned as of this day . I find the employees are very clicky which I don't fit into their clicks. Customer service I've never experienced such rude customers and I get it now why customer service is at such a low moral. Need better leadership

Securitas Security Services USA: It's horribly managed in Kansas City MO. They've quit doing background and fingerprint checks on their unarmed guards but their clients don't know that. Their branch manager is useless, unprofessional, plays favorites, lies, doesn't pay you for all your overtime hours worked. Just say NO to them.

Ferguson Enterprises: Too many people get away with calling out too many associates work hard it's necessary it's work hard and don't get recognition for it while people that slack off don't get in any trouble at all
FedEx: It was really great but the last ten years of 2 percent raises and losing 8 percent and never gaining it back hurt. We r never on track with inflation. They expect a lot but dont reciprocate. The medical benefits hit an all time low when they went with United Healthcare.
Spectrum: They have assistance to pay for college, but usually do not promote from within. They will go outside and find a stranger with the same degree. No hope for advancement, if you're a minority good luck getting promoted.
Ingles Markets: It would be an amazing career if they would control the favoritism and politics. Children working for their parents, wives working for their husbands, etc. It is not fair for the rest of the employees.

Canara Bank: Fixing accountability of Senior level officials particularly those made responsible for redressal of customer/public grievances. Those officials must be trained in dealing with disposal of grievance related complaints and appropriate note be taken in the erring officials confidential records.

W.W. Grainger: Overall its a great company to work for. With a post pandemic world they, like most older companies are holding on the idea that a brick and morter business model is the way to go, and refuse to adapt to any changes in norm such as working remote.

Ashley Furniture: Communication and follow up with customers. No show delivery, no communication, no one seems to know anything about what is going on. My husband has wasted hours trying to resolve something that was the company's mistake and responsibility to take care of. We've waited 9 months and counting.
Southwest Airlines: no nonsense, they provide just the right amount of service at a good price

Dollar Tree: Store where I work. Lot of favoritism. Family work together. Other employees are treated we. Especially the two older people. I'm one of them. One person has a felony record. But has the code to get in the office. Not a manager. Would never recommend Dollar tree to anyone. Looking for a job.

Talked to the manager Joe who did not seem too worried and refuses to refresh the bar while I was there. Told to call health dept.
Discount Tire: I'm not sure how to rate the Executive Team, as we never see them.
