you will fight for a raise jump through lots of hoops, they have employees doing their own performance reviews. they don't do annual raises. everyone gets a raise "at the same time" we got 60 cents. after two years. never met the ceo, can't give a rating. there is no ladder to climb here.

nurses need more support on the floor. every discipline gives the nursing staff more work without helping even when short.

problems that are presented during the meeting should also be presented with solutions, or support. not simply dictating nursing staff todo more.
