It has been for the most part my entire career since college. I've been with the company for almost 30 years, and couldn't see myself anywhere else.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I couldn't have asked for a better career than the one I've experienced with SBI. I've made so many life long bonds both internally with fellow employees, and externally with customers. The ability to "want" to go to work speaks volumes to the positive culture I've experienced here over the years.

Working with my team, and our clients.

The opportunity to achieve realistic goals in order to obtain quarterly bonuses

That we are trying to do right by the patients we service.

The ability to make bonus based on realistic goals. The carrot is out there, but obtainable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My entire team are drivers and self motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit that I haven't experienced in other working environments.

Passionate about success. Every individual on my team is in it for the right reasons, and they not only want to succeed personally but want the company to succeed as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely forward thinking in their approach. The pandemic was an uncharted road for everyone, and our leadership team was two steps ahead with regard to decision making where many companies in our space struggled. Their open door policy is not lip service, it's actionable, which is refreshing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our C suite team has always followed the company culture and tenets they have outlined as our company focus. They listen to those in the field and strive to do right by their employees and practitioners in order for us to provide Smiles.For.Everyone. Bottom line...they walk the walk.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to provide a family a cost savings to receive dental care that they might not have been able to obtain elsewhere. Example - the ability to get a crown vs. extraction due to cost. Knowing that I've "done right" by people is the greatest reward, and what keeps me going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not sure this answers the question of culture, but the ability to work from home. The onus is on us to be responsible for achieving our goals. The company trust that we will hit our targets without the need for micromanaging. We value that trust, and push to make sure we don't lose it.
