It has been really nice working here, i like the job and i am very good at it. sometimes i do feel like they go from appreciating me to not working with me when it comes to personal things and it makes me feel bad. I feel like there is no advancement coming even though i put a lot of work in here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really like the company and what I do. I am ambitious and would love to go as high as I could go. The way I am sometimes treated and others around me are what makes is hard a lot of the time. You just never know what people are going through in their personal lives.

We come together to get the job done.

The occasional get togethers are nice
