I started with the company 13 years ago in a management role, after being in dental for about 13 as an assistant. I was promoted 2x since being here, and am now in a sales job that I absolutely love. This company has helped me grow and learn from day 1, I plan to finish my career here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been here over 15 years, and have worked hard for my career to grow and change, I don't see how these opportunities would have happened in private practice. I love my teams, markets and I am proud to be a SBI team member!

Patient interaction, and closing new deals

We are there for eachother, and for our patients

Our CEO values all the employees, and we as employees value each other. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have great PTO it really saved me around the shut down, my health benefits are good, I do participate in the 401K, I hope one day we will get a match.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the interaction with my clients and being able to tell future patients about our wonderful company. After 13 years I have so much to brag about. We really have some superb people here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is super creative and up to any task put in front of us. We lean on each other daily with ideas, support and recognition. Although we are in different states, we are a very tight group.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked the out of the box questions, when I was a manager I liked our interview style, it helped me get to know the prospect as well as let them get to know us a bit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all full of support and encouragement. Out of the box thinking is encouraged, I have grown so much both personally and professionally with my 13 years at Smile Brands. I am so proud to work here!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a very supportive leadership team that encourages outside of the box ideas! I feel supported and well lead. I have worked at SBI for 15 years now, and every year I am becoming a better me!
