I was extremely excited to work at Syndigo when I was recruited/hired. What I've found is that we have a ton of problems and people aren't really that interested in solving them at times. I want to grow here but I feel like I am just going to be given more work to make my manager look better.

Understand that people churn due to our culture and pay, not because of the great resignation. We are bleeding staff and everyone seems to think it is easy to replace people.

My team is extremely passionate about doing well with customers and also helping one another out. They are usually pretty upset when they leave because they love the team but our pay/culture is brutal.

I know what the market looks like from a base/variable/bonus structure and we aren't close. I know of direct reports who are making more than me in newer positions outside of Syndigo (and this is nearly every direct report).

Poor communication among departments, lack of clarity on how to solve issues, legacy debt from staff/solutions from acquisitions who don't want to buy in, create a competitive salary market, make culture an actual focus and not just a buzzword/email.
