Everyone wants more :), but I really appreciate that we have a dialog about compensation and personal salary expectations. So my expectations matched with companies, and I am satisfied with my current compensation package.

I can always learn something from my team. I feel that I am not only a team member but sometimes a friend or mentor. My team likes activities, proactive solutions and hitting the target, as they can get more commission.

I really like that I can be transparent and being able to voice my ideas. We discuss all topics and share a common vision. Even when we can have different points of view it helps us to find the best solution. Love this atmosphere.
