WorkForce provides great training and processes evolve. There is always something new to learn and often the easiest way to learn is to just jump in. Overall WorkForce is challenging and rewarding. Management & coworkers make it feel that we are all in this together and anything is possible.

Customers love the product. Coworkers love to work together & find solutions. Frustrations are due to the lack of staffing, being overworked because we are personally invested in our company and customers. We need more technical staffing to continue the pace without more burnout or people leaving

This year I have felt personally rewarded. I also enjoy the way the company has promoted communication and working together through the pandemic safely. Overall I couldn't ask for a better work culture. I often work extra hours because I enjoy my position and the work is there, as it's not required.
