Overall morale has been on the decline. There are some perks, like working for home and "unlimited" time off. Co-workers on same team are nice and have lots of knowledge and info to share. We get along very well

Not making decisions on a whim. Listening to the team (people that will have to do the work and have expertise) would save time & money. Constantly shifting priorities makes it hard to get anything accomplished

Leadership does not listen to employees. They may claim to have an open door policy, but anything you say to them against what they believe can / will be used against you (including termination). Priorities change from week to week and rarely get passed down
