
Coworkers have each others backs. Without this comraderie, would not want to work here at all.

Good salary for the position. This is only due to previous management getting the salaries to this level. Recent management has not gotten salaries to increase by much if anything.

No communication from leadership on why any decisions are made. Decisions made and handed off to employees to enact without explanation. When these decisions are questioned, employees are blown off and instructed to just do what they are told.

Coworker/team camaraderie. Culture used to be good, but recent events have proven that the company/upper management doesn't care about the employees. They only care about the bottom line and reducing losses so that the company can be sold. Its all about the private equity investment now.

Get both upper and middle management in place that cares about the employees and making sure that team members are invested. Make sure that when complaints are sent to HR but a large number of team members that they are acted upon and feedback is given to the employees.
