I enjoy fully what I do, I find it very rewarding helping people find the right parts they need. I would feel much better if my store manager lived up to what she agreed to during my interview when she hired me. 2 6hr shifts a week, weekends I have my son off, and I do not work Xmas or Thanksgivg

positive is 2 of the employees that are actually worth anything, the customers well most of them seem friendly enough, and the job isnt really that difficult.

I am part time, supposedly, and by choice. thus with only 12hrs a week I do not have the need for health benifits, how ever I am not offered stock options either

cleanliness, the rest of the team actually stepping up with positive attitudes, better leadership, and a store manager who actually gives a damn about her employees and honors her agreements with them and not undermine them

store manager had already made up her mind that she wanted to hire me even before the interview, even with MY requirements/limitations of seeking employement. though agreeing to them and actually fallowing through with them are two entirely different things

store manager needs to do better with the schedual, and to treat people as valued members of the team instead of undermining them with comments behind they backs to customers, and cleanliness as well as ensuring we have the right tools to be able to do the job/s needed to be done.

there is only 3 people that are actually contributing to the team, we have one manager that hides and sits on a stairwell on his phone leaving the empolyee who is closing with him to do all the work, then gets upset with said employee when employee asks him for help., stuff like that
