I was turned away from a key holder position when I met all requirements by someone in the company who is only 18 years old when your policy clearly states key holders have to be 21 years of age or older. My manager told me that I do not get sick paid leave, I work in ct, so I get sick time.

The only way to salvage this company is to complete a full turnover of management down to the CEO. The company is in the shape it's in due to allowing management at all levels to continue the slow hemorrhaging which will ultimately lead to either of the two clearly ahead competitors to absorb AAP

My manager micromanages me, corrects me, watches over my shoulder constantly and complains about me when I'm not there. She says to me I'm doing just fine. I want to transfer to another store, but I fear she would refuse out of spite.
