How helpful everyone is and down to earth. Really good people

Respectful, willing to listen intently, and will act quickly to resolve issues.

Great in general i started as a lead in our company and loved it but do to personal reasons i became a salesperson/ and looking to move to commercial

Many have never worked in an Advance retail store. They have no clue what happens and very little experimce if any

Treating people better with humility.

Work together as a whole

Communication with staff members and be more helpful in training

Stop gossiping treat employees better just needs a lot of improvement in management

training new hirs to do it the way they want

Overall the pay for executive support with numerous years of experience is on the lower end.

Actually doing their job as Commercial and District Managers to get more traffic through the door and more sales overall. Main goal is to get as low hours possible per week to make themselves look good for corporate bosses.

Most promotions happen because of nepotism or "buddy promoting". To be honest most of the problems with Advance happen between the district managers up to the vp's of that region.

Demonstrate how to do a job and do it correctly and keep doing it correctly throughout the work day
