How helpful everyone is and down to earth. Really good people
Respectful, willing to listen intently, and will act quickly to resolve issues.

Great in general i started as a lead in our company and loved it but do to personal reasons i became a salesperson/ and looking to move to commercial
they understand and listen to what their employees talk about

Many have never worked in an Advance retail store. They have no clue what happens and very little experimce if any
Treating people better with humility.

Most promotions happen because of nepotism or "buddy promoting". To be honest most of the problems with Advance happen between the district managers up to the vp's of that region.
Demonstrate how to do a job and do it correctly and keep doing it correctly throughout the work day
