The store manager, Jeff Barnett is a very hard worker and he stays on top of everything that he can. Renee Rojas is a good commercial man. He has a tendency to create leniency for people who are Hispanic.

I don't work on a team per-se, however the Executives I support are extremely kind, easy-going, allow and trust you to do your job without micro-managing.

name calling and harassment needs to stop I worked for your store got harassed while I was dealing with the death of my ex-husband and I got fired because I defended myself but the person doing the harassment kept her job, now I'm not rehireable that's unfair.

They would actually have to care about their job and take ownership of it. Otherwise what's the point.
All of them are great except two and they need to stop being bullies and having attitudes because they're going to cross paths with the wrong type of person outside of work or maybe even in work like a customer

My co workers were a bunch of uneducated unmotivated sad people. This is the kind of desperation advance auto attracts because you really have to think you have no better options to be complacent and work there. They should all leave the company until wages get better. Sorry thats facts.
