What did you like most about the interview process?

My interview was back in 2019, I don't really remember it.

The District Manager Mentor did my interview back in 2023. I liked how he described your responsibilities and roles you would have to do and just the way he presented the company was great.

It was quick & efficiently.

it was short and sweet and knowledge of the position was described well

Constant contact to ensure you know where things stand.

Answered my questions instead of evasion

The manager telling me about dress code requirements while himself wearing sandals and another employees' shirt.

The manager that hired me was cool but two managers later should of spoke volumes about where the company was headed..

Everybody is totally cool and thorough and persistent I've worked in a casinos and dealt with scenery companies I've worked on a lot of corporations and I think that this hiring process is very consistent with corporate standards

I dont know maybe more positive people

Having a respectable management team

Get rid of the computerized hiring process

Don't lie to people your interviewing tell them exactly what goes on so they don't in to be like I did. And the background check needs to go fast it took a entire month to get my background back and every where else is like 1-2 days at tops 3 days.

Start appreciating team members with knowledge and skills to run the stores instead of outside hiring

Management they say one thing and do another

Not have them all over the place not ready for u when u show up on time weird

More motivational, more positive atmosphere
