The most positive thing is helping customers
It seems like when my store manager comes out of meetings and we're going over numbers. We're always looking at ways to improve and he's always opened ideas and constructive criticism.
Culture of Safety Culture of Productivity
Employees' willingness to always go above and beyond for customers, especially those who are elderly or in need, despite the fact that they themselves do not experience the same treatment (ie: empathy, consideration) from their employers.
Moat people come to work.
The Learning and the experience
The most important part to me is helping people, and learning/teaching new things about the automotive industry.
The commercial customers and dispatchers. Best part of job was the job itself.
When GM is not there
Being in a location right across the border were our company can profit in our corperation
I like to stay busy and the store I work at 9601 keeps me busy most of the time
No articulated goals or plans.
Sone coworkers get along good
The customers ,anddealing with differnt people
You are trusted to do your job without being micro-managed.
My coworkers and the comradeship
The managements willingness to help me
Haven't found anything worth bragging about yet.
The only real positive thing about it is that AZ will finally be able to hostilely acquire the entire businesss due to the lack of spine, effectiveness, and overall transparency of upper management starting at the district level and all the way to the top
We all get along good and work together well
Fair compensation, safer working conditions, better communications
The industry and our pathetic consumer culture.
New leadership. Current leadership has little or no culture
Management that has legitimate education or experience would be a start. Current management has a 7th grade mentality for how they prepare for meetings or training.
Company needs to appear to care about stores, front line workers and customers, not just looking at making the highest margin and ripping off the customers
Recognizing more time off for major holidays

Different management people that teach employees the right way not the wrong way
Communication, connection, consistency, positive work and clean work environment to start
Don't pay management bonuses on the backs of customers and sales quotas, it serves to put management in as position to either, help someone else or help themselves, people will always choose the latter unfortunately
Appreciation. Oversight. Store support. A management team that's actually involved in improvement rather than micromanaging
Focus on a goal, not 10+ goals. Support from corporate within an acceptable amount of time, not a week or two later. Need to address why AAP margin is high and WPac, API and CQ are low. We’re losing to ourselves and being blame
better pay for starting wage and all employees currently working there
Pay the workers who worked not give them run around like this
Stop treating the customers like cash cows with no brains. Emphasize building relationships with customers. Focusing on long term goals of customer retention outside of gimmick points etc. Raise wages to motive employees to go above and beyond instead of minimum. Change anti customer policies.
New manager, a whole new commercial manager
Review from Operations Dept
Don't hand out titles to employees without a decent raise.
Pay, benefits, and the employee/red solo disposable cup mentality.
Maybe just value the employees. Instead of thrown away any damage to it because it's just a stand box we can sell that stuff to the employees at a discount and use that money to maybe work on a bonus or company parties or something like that

Hire a competent district manager
Better management starting at the top
