I love my customers and my team. I try to go above and beyond to find the parts needed.

Good workers who care aboutvwach other

I spent my time on the road away from the childish staff.

My boss always supporting me and lets me vent when things aren't going my way

Open door policy, great communication

They have many internal organizations boosting inclusivity.

We are all trying to find a silver lining in order to work for Advanced.

Trying to hire bilingual employees

Everyone is always so friendly and eager to work. At a store level, the environment is amazing. I go home and do not dread tomorrow. Until corporate shows up.

We get to joke around and have fun. No stale environment.

the teammates. but with the extremely high turnover rate (50%+) the culture is changing rapidly to where there is no culture.

positive is 2 of the employees that are actually worth anything, the customers well most of them seem friendly enough, and the job isnt really that difficult.

Everyone is almost as close as family and they want to see employees grow.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay the workers who worked not give them run around like this

Stop treating the customers like cash cows with no brains. Emphasize building relationships with customers. Focusing on long term goals of customer retention outside of gimmick points etc. Raise wages to motive employees to go above and beyond instead of minimum. Change anti customer policies.

Don't hand out titles to employees without a decent raise.

Pay, benefits, and the employee/red solo disposable cup mentality.

Maybe just value the employees. Instead of thrown away any damage to it because it's just a stand box we can sell that stuff to the employees at a discount and use that money to maybe work on a bonus or company parties or something like that

The change need started with the district manager and store manager

Better staff that is qualified. No more violent ex cons in management positions

stop understaffing and underpaying while also not understanding 5 day work weeks and time off to decompress

Eliminats corporate greed and lack of respect for employees

Meetings instead of worthless my academy

Keeping comments to themselves, i.e. if they are upset after handling a customer. Do not belittle new employees new to the industry and ask many questions.
