In my thankfully brief time within this company I realized there is a reason our competitors are at least a decade ahead of us and it starts with management company wide. I have been selected from one of those competitors and my only purpose now is to show AAP how you run an effective parts company

Holding all members of the company regardless of title to company policy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only way to salvage this company is to complete a full turnover of management down to the CEO. The company is in the shape it's in due to allowing management at all levels to continue the slow hemorrhaging which will ultimately lead to either of the two clearly ahead competitors to absorb AAP
