The cost of living is high in my area. We also spend tons of money on wasted program and technology instead of investing in the people that got you here

We are worked from the time we arrive to the time we leave. Half of the time we are leaving past our end time and for free because we are clocked out at our time by the manager while we are out on a delivery run.
