More value from the company, better discounts, wages raises based on experience AND inflation rate at minimum, setting sales goals realistically

Because I was paided way under my worth, like my fellow co-workers, while told to do manager tasks. While the manager sits down all day everyday and only completes POG's that allow her to hide from everybody and everything down the isles.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only way to salvage this company is to complete a full turnover of management down to the CEO. The company is in the shape it's in due to allowing management at all levels to continue the slow hemorrhaging which will ultimately lead to either of the two clearly ahead competitors to absorb AAP
