My experience has had it's ups and downs. Overall, my team is what keeps me here. I think I was very bought in the first 2 years of my career here. Recently, I feel as though the culture has taken a back seat.

The first part of my time at AEVEX was great, I was really bought into the culture and the why. Recently, I've been checked out and AEVEX has had a certain amount of disillusionment around it. Now, I'm figuring out what's next for me at the company.

I'm conflicted. I am bought in and believe in the mission and culture. However, I feel like I'm constantly in a state of CYA. I've seen accountability within the company start to be the exception and not the rule. I still fully believe in failing mindfully, I just don't feel like I can do that.

I think the relationships I've cultivated with others at the company is the most positive aspect of the culture.

The leadership team at AEVEX is straight to the point. In most cases, they are not the kind of people to beat around the bush.

My team is honest and transparent. We get along well and we are invested in our relationships. We care about each other and our lives.

I think the most positive aspect of our culture is our team. I genuinely enjoy being on my specific team, in some cases they are the reason I stay.

For business, the leadership team executes well. In regards to the team, the leadership team has failed to stay grounded. Often I feel as though they aren't actually in tune with most of their employee based, the "normal people".
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because I feel as though I'm not paid at entry level market value even though I have experience. A higher base of PTO would help, especially since sick days and PTO are lumped into a single category.

I think the most positive thing about the company culture is our accountability. When something goes wrong some are the first to take accountability, however, I do feel as though our culture has taken a back seat as we've grown. I've found it's getting more and more difficult to fail mindfully.
