My overall experience is as follows: Executive leadership that has been part of the French Valley location prior to Aevex, cares more about the money in their pockets than their employees. They are more than willing to cut corners to save a dollar. They encourage and push for quantity over quality.
Have seen a lot of growth within the company.
The best part is my hourly pay.
The most positive thing is the comradery.
The best part is my pay.
Comradery is the best part of my team.
The camaraderie is the most positive.
The type of work I do.
Teamwork and willingness to help.
My type of work is what make me happy.
The willingness to work together and to learn from eachother.
The work I do is what makes me most happy.
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is the diversity or personnel.
They have the willingness to be understanding if an employee has a personal or family matter that may interfere with work.
The new leadership is accepting of the future changes for the French Valley facility. Old leadership is not accepting and refuses to adapt.
Project planning (have a complete plan and be fully prepared prior to begging a project). Managing manpower (use your people wisely). Be proactive vs reactive (plan ahead). Put Lean Six Sigma to use (find more efficient ways). Choose between Quality or Quantity and make it a standard.
