To this point it has been good. And I believe it is getting better. Positive changes have happened since Aevex took over.

While I have advanced within the company, I feel the compensation does not match the responsibility level. Also the PTO program needs to be addressed. Long term employees receive basically the same amount of PTO as new hires. And we lost vacation hours when the sick time increased.

My direct supervisor is very supportive and helpful, and as informative as possible. The upper management is not that forthcoming. There is a lot of confusion and which leads to unnecessary consequences.

While the recent compensation review and change was much appreciated, I feel as if it did not quite meet expectations. Also each team member was given a title with little to no information as to the requirements of the position and potential for growth. As well as the compensation range
