They are invested with each member of the team. They actually work with the team to best achieve the mission as well as the individual needs.

I feel that there are many individuals with more experience that are paid equally as someone with less experience. I feel that each position should have pay steps within them. I think that the leads and managerial positions are not paid fairly for the resposibility bestowed upon them. Increase pay.
