We deploy, and when it's slow we train and better ourselves. My environment is not like one stateside where we are measured by daily results and numbers. being deployed we are just always ready for the worst possible thing

I don't feel that my team is supported. Communication is last minute and we are made to feel that we should have known about decisions made in a vacuum without us. I feel that the support staff is frustrated when we call and need help. I am made to feel that I am bugging people when I call for help
