I've been here 4 and half years and I've never really had a complaint with AEVEX. The professional development is great. People care and want to be better and that elevates this company. Were not really seen as a number. I can tell you the name of every CC on my program and that means something.

the money? I'm paid very well for what I do.

They are just fantastic! They talk with you and have been in our shoes. They care and that's huge.

I'm constantly learning. I get to do new things that none of the other team members have got to do yet. I get to work with different engineering teams on how to better our aircraft and I get to teach all the new crew chiefs. It's rewarding knowing I'm helping put out a great product for our customer

We look out for each other. We talk to trash to each other (nature of the job) and it's all in good fun. End of the day if you need anything someone will be there and have your back 100%. It's a pretty tight nit group and it makes life easier. You know what to expect from each other.

My location is a very small team and we've worked together for a few years now. It's not just AEVEX that I work with so it's harder to answer the question since it's only 2 of us. That being said we live 5 minutes from each other and our kids play. It's a great team and we support each other.
