My overall experience with AEVEX has been extremely positive. My only concern is we rarely have time to really improve processes (i.e. dive deep into the process, make recommended changes, train personnel, and access) and everything is a priority across both prgm mgmt, prod, and log

Overall, I am very happy working at AEVEX. Operations tend to be more reactive than I would prefer, and I hope to get to a time where we are more deliberate in our daily tasks verse what feels like constantly putting out fires (i.e. high priority, no fail tasks)
