
I received zero training for my actual job. Plenty of training on things like hazmat, safety etc. A lot of, "we want to use you for this and that but never any follow up.

small community feel, everyone is usually friendly and cheerful.

They are all hard workers, very independent but the whole team would benefit from training.
The small group feeling is great. Feels like everyone is worried about doing their part.
Until the old company mentality and bad habits are erased and new processes adopted by all, the quality of work can not be ensured.
Their should be yearly performance based increases. Any year that an employee does not see an increase it is a pay cut (because of inflation)
Training for new employees is almost non-existent. Processes are so vague that they are nearly useless. Leadership should always provide a clear plan for every employee and what their responsibilities are, currently it's as clear as mud. When a plan is mentioned there is no follow up.
