Everyone at AEVEX is extremely hardworking. It is never a question of dedication, however it is a question of if those individual are being set up for success.

Without getting too specific. It seems that a lot of responsibility is being put upon people who are not prepared to own that responsibility. Those individuals are underpaid and not supported to be able to execute in that function. It seems cost is valued more than strategy.

Conveying the strategic vision for the future. In vague terms, it's been expressed that the company intends on becoming "the best loitering munitions company in the world" However what does that mean in specific terms and how are short term goals being shaped to achieve a long term vision.
