slow starting, process is a little overwhelming, after some time still trying to find a place or fit, feeling like just another body to fill a seat and do ancillary things, but due to circumstances understand why and comment should not be used as a gauge for the company environment.

The end product is the motivating factor. People here get behind the purpose and it is nice to see as well as nice to be a part of something.

accomplishing things and seeing the progress and output. This needs to be looked at more closely, these products should be able to be up and running in a shorter amount of time.

I like the 401k, the 9-3 core hours allows me to get my time in and can get out early to deal with children activities which I think need to be addressed more.
