Choice has some great attributes such as work/life balance, culture, perks including hotel discounts, and great co-workers. That said, there are areas of opportunity including career advancement, improving benefits (e.g., tuition reimbursement), and increasing pay. Overall, Choice is alright.

Choice is very lean and associates are responsible for multiple high-priority projects at a time. Compensation/promotions are subjectively determined on a case by case basis. All associates should be treated equally and subject to the same process.
