I have worked at several companies ranging from small to big to VERY BIG. Choice seems to genuinely care about its workforce in a way that I have not seen in other companies.

People genuinely want to do the right thing.

I enjoy the challenges of learning new things, seeing progress toward a goal.

Being able to learn new things, working with the guys to get stuff done.

People at Choice are kind. We help each other and look out for each other.

We are a learning community. We cover for each other to make sure things work right.

We have a solid team with a variety of strengths. We each focus on a specialty, but we cross-train to back each other up. This team is probably the best thing about working with Choice.

Flexible time-off. Other things I would like to see: 1) Discounted stock options for employees. 2) Clearer goals for promotion. 3) More competitive base salaries OR bonus structure with clear goals for employees.

I have given "modest" ratings to executives and CEO because I have no interaction with them. I can only judge their actions, which seem to lean more toward caring about the workforce than other companies, especially large corporations, I have seen.

Corporate life tends to breed cynicism, but what I've seen in my time at Choice leads me to believe that the management genuinely cares about the well-being of the employees. It's a refreshing change from some other companies I have been with.

Frankly, I'm here for a paycheck and that's what they give. I'm paid fairly; we'll see what growth looks like at review time. The company has held its own through the Covid experience and seems to have done a good job of supporting its franchisees, who we depend on for revenue.
